Physical Therapy-What to Expect during your First Appointment

Going to your first physical therapy appointment? Here are some tips to help you prepare:

  1. Arrive early. And be prepare to fill out paperwork. You'll probably need to provider your medical history, current medical status, prescriptions, emergency contacts, etc.
  2. Bring your insurance information
  3. Bring the referral (if a referral was required).
