Will never go to their ED. 2hour wait time. Others in the area are less than 30 min. Not professional. Left and went to Henry Ford, 30minute

This place is very dirty and filthy. In addition, the employees are rude. There are better hospitals in the area to attend for your needs.

Floor 4 and CVCU have some emp. that are incompetent. Tried to check blood pressure and take blood from arm with new dialysis fistur. big no no

Comments:
They gave away my appointment time without so much as a courtesy call. Further, after finding out they had a conflict, they made no attempt to let me know about this conflict. They did not offer me an opportunity to reschedule once they knew about the conflict. Their solution was to make me wait. And wait. And wait. Finally, after sitting around forever with no information, they told me they couldn't honor their commitment and all of my time was wasted.
