Just who is willing to help the patient? The only one I could say was the volunteer lady serving coffee.My provider did not exceed in anything except telling me how they treat vets differently here in San Antonio...Which by the way does not meet the standards of my previous VA treatment facility......and that not all facilities give the same service. Too many bean counters here trying to make Washington happy. One Dr at the VA Hospital here in San Antonio (Who by the way WAS one of the best Doctors I have seen) said "{We have too many LAZY doctor here at the VA).

This facility was disgusting! The nurses were NOT friendly, the ER doctor was very indecisive regarding a diagnosis. Treatment was uncomfortable , for the fact that everyone in the ER Department could hear what was being said about each patient. We left the facility, after being told nothing was wrong....we went promptly to another facility, just in time for my daughter's appendix to burst! An appendicitis/appendectomy is the most common surgery and a very common complaint to present to an ER. Yet, the ER physician insisted that my daughter of 12 yrs. old was not having an appendicitis, but rather was pregnant! WOW...even after doing a pregnancy test and a CT scan...get real! Jamestown NY ...you are in BAD need of a REAL hospital with REAL doctors.
