Dr. Bui is an amazing doctor. I highly recommend her to other people who are seeking a new OB/GYN. She makes you feel comfortable during your visit. She is very knowledgable to every question asked, and doesn't make you feel stupid. Her staff is also very nice.

Dr. Harding appeared to be professional and very understanding. His staff on the other hand never returned phone calls or continued to assist me when put on medication. This also was quite disturbing since I was originally referred to by my doctor after 2 years of being on medication and diagnosis, he seemed to prolong the issue by putting me on further medication. Especially for a non-abrasive surgery of removing a gallbladder.

His nurse was the most unfriendliest person I have ever encountered in the medical profession. She never let us know any updates on the situation we were pursuing. When questioned, she become very defensive and dealt with the matter in an unprofessional manner. I hope no one else has to encounter what I went through.

The care I received went above and beyond my expectations to diagnose what specifically was causing the pain; they truly focus on the patient as a whole. My office wait was 3 hours. They took my copay as soon as I walked through the door they were very quick about that! Then I proceeded to wait for 3 hours and finally I got up and left. I could not be away from work any longer and come on 3 hours is CRAZY! If you go to this doctor be prepared to spend the day and plan accordingly. They kept my copay. I have complained to my insurance provider about them.

In 3 appointments, I have yet to wait less than an hour and a half for care. The final appointment the waiting room was so crowded there were no empty seats, and I ended up leaving after 45 minutes. They made me sign a waiver to say that they'd asked me to stay to give me my money back, but in the 45 minutes I was there I only saw one patient go back, and the previous times I'd been there I'd had equal or greater waits once I got back to the exam room.To make matters worse, my trust in the doctor was totally eroded when he ordered a blood test I knew required fasting before doing it, but had me do it on a day when he hadn't told me to fast prior to it. It was to discuss these "abnormal results" that I was coming in on my final visit. And it was an appointment they called and set up the time for, but apparently were too busy to honor.It is very clear that this doctor has little or no care for the time of his patients. Everything you need to know about them was summed up with the waitstaff's comment when I asked for a refund on my co-pay so I could leave: "but you've only been here 30 minutes." It was 40 minutes, but the true problem is that waiting a half an hour to even get to go back doesn't make them bat an eye.I would strongly discourage anyone from seeking care from this doctor.
