Barbara O’Connell
Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder

Barbara is passionate about improving health care. As a health care consultant and analyst for over a decade, she knows there’s room for improvement. She believes one of the the best ways everyone can improve our health care is by using only the best health care providers. She co-founded WhereToFindCare.com to give people an easy way to find the best providers.
Barbara has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Michigan - Dearborn and an undergraduate degree in finance from Eastern Michigan University. Prior to founding WhereToFindCare.com, she was a freelance consultant and also worked for a health care system in the areas of finance and operations improvement.

Dawn Hall

As the mother of four children and grandmother of one, Dawn knows how important it is to find quality health care providers. Being a consumer of health care services on many occasions, Dawn experienced wide variation in practices between providers and developed WhereToFindCare.com to help consumers find this needed information in an easy to understand format.
Dawn also assists the health care industry by providing consulting services to improve operations, quality, and financial outcomes. Prior to WhereToFindCare.com, Dawn served as a health care analyst for a large health care system.
Dawn holds a dual major in Marketing and Finance from University of Michigan- Dearborn and a Master’s Degree in Health Services from University of Detroit- Mercy.

Joey Granz

Joey understands the difficulties of finding quality health care providers. After discussing health care experiences with family, friends, co-workers, and others in her community, she realized there was a lack of free resources to find quality health care. She was inspired to use the internet to provide people with an easy to use online community to review quality data and share their experiences on healthcare providers.
Joey graduated with distinction from University of Michigan-Dearborn, earning a bachelor of science in computer science. While attending college, she was employed at local nursing homes, in the dietary and activities departments. Prior to WhereToFindCare.com, she was employed as a Quality Assurance Software Tester.
